Description & Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Redwood Developer to lead a team in developing and deploying Redwood App UI extensions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful implementations and expert knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder. As a Team Lead, you will guide junior developers, ensure project success, and contribute to both waterfall and agile project management methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of Redwood App UI extensions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of junior developers to ensure successful project completion.
  • Utilize Oracle Visual Builder to create and manage applications.
  • Oversee and execute projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Provide examples of successful Oracle Redwood implementations from the past two years.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Take initiative to identify and resolve project challenges for the betterment of the project.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in developing and deploying Redwood App UI extensions.
  • Proven track record of successful implementations while leading a team.
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder.
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methods.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to provide examples of successful Oracle Redwood implementations within the last two years.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to exercise initiative.
  • Working knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion-based applications, including CX Sales, B2B Service, CDM, ERP, SCM, and/or HCM.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Fusion based development tools including Application Composer
  • 3-5 years of experience designing and building Fusion based security models
  • 3-5 years of experience developing Oracle applications using oJet and java script

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leading a team of one or more junior developers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data modeling and migration skills
  • Integration design and build as it relates to Oracle Visual Builder
  • Experience building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Redwood Application Developer Certification

Description & Requirements

We are looking for a talented Jr. Oracle Redwood Developer with a proven track record in developing and deploying Redwood App UI extensions. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder and experience with both waterfall and agile project management methods. As a Jr. Developer, you will work closely with senior developers to contribute to successful project implementations and take initiative for the betterment of the projects.

Responsibilities

  • Own RTN’s business performance framework
  • Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition
  • Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process
  • Manage a team of financial coordinators and act as an escalation point for all financial process matters (e.g. invoice discrepancies)
  • Develop best-in-class analytical capabilities for RTN, arming RTN leadership and regional operations with business performance data needed to make data-backed decisions (i.e., pricing engine creation, automated KPI dashboards, etc.)

Requirements

  • University degree in finance, economy, business administration or other related field

  • Experience in managing the annual budgeting process and developing financial forecasts.
  • Extensive experience within finance departments managing business performance / FP&A related activities (accounts payable/ receivable, revenue recognition, etc.)
  • The ability to develop and manage complex financial models, forecast financial performance, and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Experience managing a team and dealing with a variety of senior stakeholders across geographies
  • High level team organization, prioritization and time management skills
  • Fluent English
